1 Open an appointment from your Outlook Calendar
2 Display the TomTom pane and enter the address details or select a WEBFLEET address
3 Select the vehicle to receive the appointment details and click send

The order is then received on the TomTom PRO which shows the appointment details and navigates to the location.
